The cost of a cake is entirely dependent on the amount of detail in the design and the types of materials and ingredients used.

As a guide, the following are prices for an average cake of that size, including some themed design features.

Single tier buttercream cakes:

• 6", 20 small serves $200

• 7", 30 small serves $220

• 8", 40 small serves $240

Single tier fondant covered cakes add $20 for any size

2 tier buttercream cakes:

• 7" and 5", 40 small serves $300

• 8" and 6", 60 small serves $320

• 9"and 7", 90 small serves $370

​2 tier fondant cakes add $40 for any size
